We collect your information through our contact form, our membership signup and profile pages and through cookies used on our site. Your information will only be used for the reasons set out in this policy. The reason we collect both non-personal and personal information is primarily to help us communicate with our users (See ‘How do we communicate with you’) but also to provide feedback and analytics on the functionality of our website.

 

How do we store, use, share and disclose your data and personal information?

 

Our website is hosted through the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We also use third party applications such as mailchimp to keep track of all our user data.

 

Aside from that we do not share or disclose any of our users data with anyone outside of Fire and Iron Productions Ltd. without express consent.

 

How do we communicate with you?

 

On occasion we will contact you through any of the details you have provided for us, via email, texts, calls, social media, or by post in order to:

 

  • Notify you regarding your member account.

  • Troubleshoot member account problems.

  • Resolve a dispute.
